Mexico City Community Rescues Victims and Rallys For Eartquake Aid.

At a rally point in Tlalpan, Mexico, the local community in Mexico City has organized a supply drop for people affected by the earthquake yesterday. Bottled water, disposable plates, food, first aid kits, and oxygen tanks (of which they still need more) were all brought to this rally point.

According to Dr.Ondarza, the local state representative, Claudia Sheinbaum, helped organize a rally point for food and aid drops at Colegio Rébsamen. There is also a series of food drops and relief effort coordinated out of the Tec de Monterrey campus in the City of Mexico. Food was provided to rescue volunteers as they deployed to affected areas. While large buildings have collapsed, an infinite number of smaller family homes have also been destroyed in Puebla.
